1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales campaigns, or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted local and international courier services to provide reliable delivery options:

a. Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

b. Express Shipping (where available)

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

⚠️ Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your delivery location, courier performance, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and chosen shipping method.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website or communicated via email campaigns.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic Deliveries (UAE & KSA): Orders are shipped through verified local courier partners for fast and secure delivery.

  • International Deliveries: Orders are shipped through reputed global carriers. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees charged by the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier link.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s system.

  • Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment for timely updates.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect/Incomplete Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Novaletix is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Missed Deliveries: If the courier is unable to deliver, they may attempt redelivery or hold the package for collection. Unclaimed packages may be returned to Novaletix, and reshipping fees may apply.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at novaletixsupport@gmail.com with your order details. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping costs.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Novaletix shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Global or regional emergencies affecting transportation.
