3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and chosen shipping method.

4. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic Deliveries (UAE & KSA): Orders are shipped through verified local courier partners for fast and secure delivery.

International Deliveries: Orders are shipped through reputed global carriers. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees charged by the destination country.
5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect/Incomplete Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Novaletix is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries: If the courier is unable to deliver, they may attempt redelivery or hold the package for collection. Unclaimed packages may be returned to Novaletix, and reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at novaletixsupport@gmail.com with your order details. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
